Our House

We're buying a house!!!! We found it back in December and put an offer in January but we couldn't get it for the price we wanted so we just decided to wait since we weren't in a hurry.  Five months later we saw it was still for sale and decided to give it another try. This time they were willing to negotiate more! YAY for us! It's an older home in an older established neighborhood. The advantage of that is we have a larger yard, big mature trees and lots of nice houses around us.  We are going to update the house with new paint, rugs, refinish the hardwoods, redo the master bath, etc.  Gotta love having such an amazingly handy Dad who will help us do the work. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a living room, dining room, 2 fireplaces and a sunroom. We're really excited about it.  We are closing on it July 23rd or around there.  I'll post more pics when we start to fix it up.
